Ingredients:
250 grams dry meat
5 medium-sized potatoes
3 green Anaheim chili peppers
2 medium-sized onions
1 large tomato
1 ½ spoonful lard
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Peel and slice the potatoes; cook in 1½ liter2 of water with salt. Use the lard to fry the chopped onion along with sliced peppers (previously roasted and emptied). Add the chopped tomato and the dry meat. When the potatoes are cooked, combine with the meat, add the tomato sauce and salt, and boil.Serve very hot. |
